Although the cottage can create ready-made food and drink, it's never fantastic when it does. Oswald doesn't drink coffee so I haven't much practice in the art of preparing it, and no matter how awful I feel I'm not debasing myself with instant.
Sounds like you had a very enjoyable evening to yourself then. It's nice that you were able to help Deputy Pratt, I don't think he was doing very well by the end.
